The British pianist Roger Vignoles is internationally recognized as one of the leading piano accompanists of today, regularly partnering the finest singers and instrumentalists in the musical capitals of the world. He is joined by the outstanding young soprano Elizabeth Watts, who is sponsored by the Young Concert Artists Trust, and international award-winning baritone Stephan Loges for an evening of Lieder and other songs associated with the moon, the night, darkness and shadows.
The concert accompanies the exhibition Moonrise over Europe: J C Dahl and Romantic Landscape.
