The highly acclaimed duo of Min-Jin Kym and Ian Brown is in constant demand around the world. Making her international début at the age of thirteen with the Berlin Symphony Orchestra, Min-Jin Kym became the youngest student ever to be awarded a Foundation Scholarship at the Royal College of Music, went on to study with Ruggiero Ricci in Salzburg and was the first recipient of the prestigious Heifetz Prize. She has since performed with many of the world’s leading orchestras. Ian Brown’s career embraces solo playing, chamber music and conducting. He has partnered some of the world’s finest soloists, including Rostropovitch, Szeryng, Ricci, Isserlis, Felicity Lott and, most recently, Maxim Vengerov.
