Born in Stockholm, Katarina Karnéus studied in London at Trinity College of Music and the National Opera Studio. Since becoming ‘Singer of the World’ she has established a major international career, performing with the Berlin Philharmonic and at the BBC Proms, the Edinburgh International Festival, the Salzburg Festival, and leading venues throughout America and Europe.
Recently described in The Times as ‘the cream of the new generation’ and praised for playing with ‘strength, variety and beauty’, Joseph Middleton enjoys a busy and varied career as a chamber musician and accompanist.
This concert heralds the arrival of the exhibition, Northern Lights.
