Concerts take place in the Barber Institute, unless stated otherwise. Tickets must be collected at least 15 minutes before the advertised starting time of the concert, otherwise they may be resold. Tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged after purchase.
In person
Tickets are available from the Barber Institute reception desk:
Monday to Saturday, 10 am - 4 pm; Sunday 12 noon - 4 pm
By telephone
Tickets can be purchased or reserved by telephone (0121 414 7333). Payment can be made by Visa or Mastercard, or on collection from the reception desk.
Concessions
Concessionary rates are offered to the disabled, the unemployed, and patrons over sixty years of age.
Wheelchairs
The Barber Concert Hall has four wheelchair spaces. If you wish to reserve one of these, please contact the reception desk on 0121 414 7333 to ensure that a space is still available.
Latecomers
Please arrive early to ensure a prompt start. Latecomers are admitted only during applause.
