In February we are launching a new and exciting programme for young people. Each session, led by a practicing artist, will explore the theme of the ‘Unseen’. Young people will gain insight into the Barber’s Seen/Unseen exhibition, before they delve into concealed and secretive spaces within the Barber and our work behind the scenes. Over six weeks, you can experiment with artistic techniques and gain skills in a range of art media including drawing, photography and print, as well as having a go at recording a podcast. You may want to come along to enhance your GCSE or A Level portfolio, or try something new! You will also have the opportunity to showcase a piece of work in a small exhibition in April.
£5 charge per barber Youth session. Informal meet up with tea and biscuits- free!
